The sump quit during the spring melt and the finished basement took a couple inches overnight. They pumped it out, pulled the wet pad, and set drying gear that evening, then monitored until the readings were back to normal.
Snowmelt came in through a window well and soaked a wall. They used meters to find how far it had wicked and dried it properly instead of wiping it down. One star off only because scheduling the first visit took a couple of calls.
